14-Day Happiness Guarantee (Unopened Items)

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and not opened or used by your pet. Contact us at tropicalambiencefl@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Opened or Used Pet Products

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or pet-contacted items including lick mats, feeders, scratchers, and hammocks once assembled or used.
